I am amazed at how quickly and neatly the install was and Josh and Liam went above and beyond with their service and were both lovely. Extremely happy with my new windows

We came to SJB Sash Windows on a referral from a friend and we are so glad we did. The whole team was brilliant from start to finish. Sales were friendly and helpful, Terry’s survey was detailed and professional, and the installation team carried out the work with great skill and care. The windows look beautiful and the quality of the work is outstanding. It was an all round excellent experience and we would not hesitate to recommend SJB to anyone looking for sash windows.

I had an exceptional experience with the SJB Sash Windows team from start to finish. The sales process was refreshingly relaxed with no pushy tactics, just well informed advice from a knowledgeable and friendly team.

Surveyor Glen was outstanding. He was incredibly informative, helpful, and made the whole process straightforward. Glen became my main point of contact and kept me updated every step of the way which gave me real peace of mind.

The installation team, Mitch and Bobby, were brilliant. They worked with great care, keeping everything tidy and clean, and took the time to explain what they were doing. Their professionalism and attention to detail really showed in the finished result.

Overall, I could not be happier with the service, the people, and the quality of the work. Highly recommend SJB Sash Windows!

We recently used SJB Sash Windows again, this time for our new property, to install 11 sash windows and once again they were fantastic. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Sales were handled brilliantly by Stephen, the survey carried out by Glen was thorough and professional, and the installation by Josh and Jack was absolutely excellent. The workmanship is first class, the windows look stunning, and the team’s attention to detail really shows. It is rare to find a company that delivers consistently high standards but SJB has done it for us twice now. Highly recommended.

Josh fitted a new bay window and a new set of double patio doors for our flat recently. He was extremely friendly and the quality of work was exceptional - the new windows really transform the flat and we are so happy with them! Josh managed to do all of this work by himself which we were so impressed with - and still finished under the estimated time. Our flat has some narrow corridors and we didn’t know how the windows and doors would even fit in, but Glen who measured everything must have done a great job as it all fit perfectly. Thanks so much - we would highly recommend SJB and especially Josh!
